Any decent 350 watt PSU will power that system without a hitch.
This is the one I have. Newegg has an excellent deal on it right now, so if the price is right for you, get one NOW.

Anything beyond 350 watts from Antec, Enermax, OCZ, Seasonic, PC Power & Cooling, Fortron, Zalman, and many other major manufacturers wont let you down.

It all comes down to how much are you willing to spend.

What cooling are you using? Apparently your overlclock isn't stable. what Vcore are you using, VDIMM, and timings?

FYI,

Deal of the week is at Fry's, they have the Antec Neo 480 for $49.99 AR ($119-$20 instant discount-$50 MIR). There is simply no PSU that can touch the Neo at this price point. Jump all over this if you can.

Newegg can get it to your door for $133 :Q
