What you will find that are decent won't have an 8 pin connector, will only have 2x 6 pin PCI-e and won't be modular. IMO if you don't have 4 PCI-e connectors your not really future proof. Not that any PSU or any other PC component is future proof.

BTW, I 2nd the Corsair 650TX recommendation. It isn't modular, but finding a high quality 600+W PSU that is also modular - all within a $100 budget - that's no easy task.
