I'm searching for the best about 1200W power supply (2x Xeon v3, 2x 980, 8 drives, 8 sticks of ram, few fans, overclocking, expandability).

I came with a list of top brands:

Corsair AXi
Antec High Current Pro/Platinium
CoolerMaster V Series
EVGA G2
Kingwin Lazer
PC Power & Cooling Silencer
Seasonic
XFX Black, XXX series

From this i've chose Corsair AX1200i but strongly consider EVGA or Seasonic psus..

What are Your advices?

Why go for rebranded seasonics when u can get a real seasonic?

The corsair platinum model was a seasonic rebrand that had unbearbale coil whine 2 years ago (i tried 3 different ones!!). It turned out they were cutting small corners & didnt pay for extra glue on all parts so one loose internal part caused the ridiculous coil whine. I love corsair, but they dropped the ball on their platinum line of psus (2 years ago, dont know about now). I went for a genuine seasonic platinum & no coil whine whatsoever, & its the highest rated PSU on johnny gurus.

The seasonic platinum comes with a 7 year warranty. Never had a problem with it & its my 2nd build on it.

Not really true. It was outscored, however slightly, by a slightly better built unit, the Antec HCP-1300, which would have gotten a perfect 10 all the way across except for the poor manual ding of 0.5 points.

And it's built by Delta without many compromises. Heck, Delta even put heatshrink on every single line filtering component. Never seen Seasonic do that.

As JG's site put it:

There are very few companies on earth able to outdo Seasonic, and Delta is one of them.
And that shouldn't be too surprising given Delta is the leader in server power supplies, an arena in which Seasonic is simply an afterthought.

I'm not belittling Seasonic; I've got two of their Plat. series in our desktops. But if/when I get the urge to buy a new power supply for one of my home units, I'm going to very much try to find an Antec HCP in the appropriate wattage.

Seasonic is NOT the be-all, end-all of power supplies. I personally think Delta can routinely kick Seasonic's behind with little effort and the Superflower Leadex platform also is at least the equal of the current Seasonic platinum platform. So don't let just the name sway you.....read. Jonny Guru is a good place to start, esp. with asking questions in the forum there. Jonny routinely participates, too.

I have had the Seasonic X1250 for a little over 6 months. Overclocked L5639 with 2x 7950's all mining, even the cpu, 24/7.

1. PSU cable going to the gpu burnt up at the gpu connector.
2. PSU cable going to the m/b burnt up at the m/b connector.

While the rig was down for a week each time, support has been zero hassle sending both a new PSU along with new cables. The new cables received appear to be much better quality then came out of the box.

I highly recommend the BEFX KM3 XFX PSU's.

I'm presently running an XFX 1050W Pro Black Edition BEFX unit on an ASUS P8Z68-V Pro GEN3 MB..
i7 2700K @ 4.8 24/7 and up to 5.2Ghz for Benching.
290X X-Fire at 1000x 1250 24/7 and as high as 1200x1500Mhz OC's for Benching.
16GB Samsung MV-3V4G3D-US_DDR3 at 1866Mhz 9-9-9-24 1T @ 1.34v.
Water Rig with 3 Pumps / 7 x's 180 Fans / 2 x's 280x60x180 Rads.
WnTV / extra NIC / SDD / 3 x's 7200rpm WD Black HDDs plus Fan Controller and Optic Drive.

The XFX Pro Black Edition BEFX KM3 units are Quality built - QUIET and are fully modular. All are 80 Plus Gold and mostly run in the Platinum range. They have Fan Modes and are extremely Quiet plus fully modular.

Here's review on the XFX 750W Pro Black Edition BEFX unit at Hardware Secrets - I'm Sure you can find similar stats for all the XFX Pro BEFX KM3 PSUs by whom ever reviews them and they score the same and sometimes higher then the Seasonic and Corsair KM3 units:

I've owned 3 XFX Pro Black Edition BEFX KM3 units over time and can say they are marvelous and will buy another if the need arises.

PS: Here's a JonnyGuru review on the XFX Pro Series 1250W Black Edition:
