best PSP games?

such as Crush, Every Extend Extra... and along those lines

Looking for games that are able to be picked up and played and just generally enjoyed with a lot of replayability. I have noticed that with a hand held, I am not exactly sticking to MGS: Portable Ops like I would if it were a console game. I think I need games made for ADD kids as far as handhelds go, mostly because it is something I just want to pick up and play and not worry about story, at least I think that's how I am.

Lumines is my fave pick up and play game for the PSP. I sold my psp a while ago so I'm not sure what fits the bill for more recent games.

Lumines is definitely one of the best games for the portable console, although if you have an XBOX 360, you can also play it on there (there's also a Lumines for the PS2). I also personally enjoy the Mega Man remakes for the PSP. You'd never believe how many times I've heard "sooooldier dooooown" while doing Iceman's 10 challenges. Let's just say.. you die.. and you die a lot, but you get Protoman as a playable character if you beat them all :thumbsup:.

I also play the Bleach games, as they're fun fighting games overall. I have a bunch of other games for my PSP and they're alright overall. Oh and Every Extend is better on the PC than it is on the PSP... too bad it's shorter on the PC... much shorter. Maybe it's the anti-aliasing that I get when I play it on the PC, but it just looks so much smoother.

EDIT: You know what I want... portable geometry wars !

geometry wars? I want portable Super Stardust HD... blows away Geometry Wars in my opinion. Oh, and the game Everyday Shooter, coming for the PS3 on PSN, looks to be an amazing shooter/music game. a 2d game inspired by Rez.

Even if Every Extend is better on the PC.. I'd imagine its great for portable, even if the larger display of the upcoming 360 game, or the PC game, are better suited. If I had a 360, I'd pick up the new Every Extend that is coming out for it.. but I don't, nor do I want one.
