Best PS for 1.6A and Asus P4S533???

Do i need such a 400W if i want to o/c it hard? or 300W will do??

It's always nice to have a little extra juice especially if your overclocking so if you can get 400W then do so. Most importantly just make sure you have a good quality PSU like an Antec, Enermax, Sparkle, etc.

Quality 300 should be more than plenty.

As well as overclocking, it depends on how much other stuff you're running (how many hard drives, cd drives, etc)
