Best Projector Under $1k

I recently passed all of my grad school classes and my wife, with a huge grin on her face, gave me the go ahead to spend up to $1k (hard limit, folks) on tech stuff.

Naturally, a projector to replace my now ancient InFocus X1a is in order.

I *really* want lens shift after the joys of under-the-shelf mounting my my x1.
