BEST programs to USE to Monitor OVERCLOCKING

Hey Everyone,
I was just wondering what YOU all use to monitor, test, etc your Overclocked machines. Now I know at the top of the thread there is a Link to ALL of the programs out there. But as you all know there are tons of programs, some that do the same, some that don't. So now that leaves me to ask which do you all personally use, and for what?
I am beginning my first overclock of an XP2100 so let me know.
I want to overclock the processor and the memory a bit so let me know what the best way to do all of this is. Also, if any of the programs run and allow changes realtime within Windows OS.

MY RIG INFO:
Asus A7N8X Deluxe
AMD XP 2100 Stepping 0301
Kingston Hyper X PC3000 512 MB chip
SLK-800 Heatsink and YS-Tech Adjustable 80mm Fan
Antec true Power 330W

Thanks for all of the Help

In order of importance (at least to me) for stability when overclocking my system:

1) Playing games and using both DirectX and OpenGL video modes. If it crashes in 2 mins or 2 hours - it ain't stable.
2) Run demo loops of 3DMark2001SE and/or 3DMark2003. Should be able to run continuously for at least 3+ loops.
3) Use Memtest86 and run at least 10+ loops without errors.
4) Torture/Stress test CPU/Ram with Prime95 for at least 24 hours. (I've had mine crash on me at 13hours).

5) Just starting to get into video/audio encoding, so I don't have any first hand info on this, but finding out more and more stability issues can be found doing this.

Good luck.

for me

1) memtest86 12 hours
2) prime95 12 hours
3) my serious sam 2 recorded 12 hour game
and finally
4) 3dmark2001 100 loops

5) Just starting to get into video/audio encoding, so I don't have any first hand info on this, but finding out more and more stability issues can be found doing this.

i think i'll start to do that, seem like i've been ignoring the southbridge/hd in my testing.

and thanks to everyone that posted your preferences

people have been complaining about Prime95's reliability
i'd try doing a DiVX encoding(i know many people don't trust it but it worked for me)
or doing a F@H Gromacs Core using the -advmethods

The steps that I do are this.
1. Run Memtest86 (start it before I go to bed and run it until I get home from work)
2. Run Seti
3. While running seti I do some sandra benchmarks and some aida32 benchmarks
4. let the system crunch seti and do what I normally do.

Just tweak and have fun
