Best program to work with batches of digital camera pics?

I have a whole bunch of pics which I snapped at an enormous resolution. They're all like 1.6 megs. I want to minimize them (all at once... there are like 150 pics) and post them on a yahoo photo album. Can somebody suggest a program and a method to do this? Thanks.

Easy Thumbnails allows you to resize many files to a specific resolution with just one click of a button... Program is very small and absolutely free...

It's the only one I use and it's great!

IrfanView is another freeware photo app that has a "batch processing" mode like what you're looking for.

I second the suggestion of Irfanview. It has a really nice batch processing mode... especially for a FREE product!
It is also a nice picture browser.
