Best program to test RAM in my comuter??

I purchased 256 MB SDram PC133 generic for my new computer and would like to try a ram test program to see if its the cause of my computer locking up. I'm using an Asus A7V133 motherboard. Anybody ever had similar problems?

Do a search on Google for docmem.

Did the search but saw that docmem is optimized for Intel CPU's and I have a Duron 900MHz. Will it make much difference?
