I have a new HP3400 scanner, and have been scanning some pix, and sending them. The program I am using is pretty limited in working with photos (Microsoft Picture It 99). The HP scanner progie, and the OCR software work great ..it is just when I send the pix to MPI 99, that I am limited.
What program might one choose to have better control ...that would not break the bank?
