Best program for overclock a Geforce 4

What is the best program to do so? Is bios oc the best way to go?

I've used rivatuner. Also just used the coolbits registry one.

Another vote for rivatuner.

And i use refreshforce to set my refresh rates.

Got tired of waiting/downloading new nvidia refresh rate fix every time i installed newer detonators.

Refresh force works with them ALL.

also can be used to lock refresh rates

I normally use Coolbits which only adds OC options, but
I also like NVmax.
