Photoshop. But then again, it's just the best for EVERYTHING.

And unless there's a product that interpolates the colors around the red-eye spot, about the best you can do is fill with appropriate color.

Adobe Photodeluxe is simple and cheaper than Photoshop. It's meant for doing "projects" with digital photos, such as cleaning them up (getting rid of redeye), adding lettering, borders, and effects. It often comes free with digicams or scanners.

Myself and two kids all have blue eyes so it's tough sometimes 🙂🙂
