Best program for automated backup of one drive to another?

I'm using an 18 GB SCSI as my boot drive, and would like to back it up to my RAID-5 array from windows at a given time, say once a week. Any software that can do this? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
 
Couldn't You use Backup in: Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Backup (I'm using Win2k)... If You're using Win98 You have to install Backup from Your Win98 disk... Not sure about XP.
