vaccum tubes are good, but, i mean, wouldnt you rather have an abacus? i mean, it does everything you need to do. no extra crap. vacuum tubs are just a waste of money.

id say whatever the most exspensive Opty is right now.... there is no such thing as BEST... its always changing and changes depending on what your needs are.... i think my 3000+ A64 winchester is doing fine since its clocked at 2.3GHz but others here are running those chips at stock and seem to think its great.
