the title says it all.i just gave my 5550hp
and need a new one.i dont need multifunction things.i need low-ink utilisation because my former printer was too damn thirsty.
 
Canon i960. I own one, very nice printer and you could probably find it for exactly the budget you mentioned. The prints it makes are indiscernable from photos(And I worked in a photo lab) and the ink use is very low compared to competing brands.
