Best print shop software for B-day cards, etc...?

So my mom's one of the types who loves to make stuff personalized from scratch, and would love a decent program to make cards and all that. We had an old Win95 version of Print Master Gold that was great, but it's not working w/ XP for whatever reason. Plus by todays standards the UI and included graphics are fugly. I was wondering what was out there these days that people liked? I would like it to have tons of included clipart/graphics/whatever you want to call them if at all possible.

My fiancee and I use Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe 2007. I just made my Mom a birthday card with it the other day and it looked professional. Of course my Canon i960 on HQ might have something to do with it.

I have Broderbund PrintMaster Silver 15 it works on on all Windows 98/ME/2000/XP
