Best price on a P3 700E CC0 or suggestions on better o-clocking setups

I checked a few websites and the companies that specify that they are selling the CC0 version charge WAY to much. If I can get a 933 for about 220, I should find the 700 @ about $140. Anybody have any suggestions?

If I go the AMD route, what is the best overclocked value I can get with a $150 CPU?
