For what kind of system? Dollar per watt or what? Fortron makes a powerhouse but so do others. For a non-heavy use system I've build several PCs using the Thermaltake 420 for about $36. It's quiet and works great, but for a high end system I would look at the Antec TP series, Fortron or Sparkle in the 400W+ range.
