Best power supply for my set up?

I need a new PSU and I've been recommended so many different ones. Im really confused about dual rails vs one rail. Are there advantages to having a dual rail vs a single rail? Anyways, i'll get to the point.
My specs:

AMD 64 3000+ Venice
DFI Lanparty SLI
2x 512 DDR 3200 MB kingston hyperx
2x 160's HD
evga 7800 GT
Lite on dvd buner
52x Mitsumi CD rom

Anyways, I am really into OCing, and want to OC alot. I've been told that the Antec TP-550 is very good and that the OCZ 520W Powerstream is very good also. I just don't know what to get. Can anyone recommend me the best PSU for my setup?

ROSEWILL 550W PSU. Got it a while back and now it runs my 7800GTX just fine, no hiccups. Its a PSU that can suit both an AGP and PCIe system's needs.

yeah, the seasonic is on sale too for 130 shipped (600w). i'd get that or if you go cheaper, the tpII is tough to beat. i don't know if the $20 rebate is still on.

seasonic is at ewiz, antec rebate was at the egg.

The Scesonic 600 has issues w. the DFI. The Antec isn't good enough especially if ure gonne go SLI and OC. The Modstream is barley good enough get the Power stream instead it isn't modular but better.

Other good ones are:
OCZ PS 600
any PCP&C 500+
Fortron Blue Storm 550

And w. that MoBo U do not Skimp on power or cables... It is more demanding then the rest of brood.

I have a seasonic S12 430W i got off amazon for 100bucks. This thing is sweet, totally silent and has gotten all excellent reviews from what Ive read.

i just bought the Antec NeoPower 480W from ZipZoomFly.com for $99 with free ship.. great power supply, much better than my case's stock

the seasonics they were suggesting did great in benchmarksing competes with pc power cooling.

Wholeheartedly recommend the Antec NeoPower 480W. Maximum PC gave it a PERFECT 10\Kick Ass a while back. One of the best PSU's out there IMO.

Thanks alot guys for your suggestions, so I shouldn't go for the Antec TP2, so i'll take a look at the OCZ Powerstream 520W and the seasonic.. but is not having dual 12 volt rail a disadvantage? The reason why i was looking at the antecs was because they had dual volt rails 19A on each. Anyways, thanks alot guys!

Rosewill is some third party company. People are afraid to use their products which I might add aren't bad at all. The PSU's quality is the best I've seen, comparable to those of OCZ or Antec PSU's. THe PSU is nice and tidy and isn't loud at all. I've had it for 6 months now with no hiccups. As for the price, I bought it when it as a special on newegg for 60 bucks.

I'm going to throw my support behind the OCZ Modstream 520W. Got one myself and its a very tidy unit. That or pick an Antec model.
