Best possible 3dmark05 score with Nvidia card??

I want to acheive the best possible score with my card in 3dmark05 what should be enabled/disabled in performance quality settings? I know about the obvious ones.
Here is list of ones im not sure about: On or Off

Conformant texture Clamp
Extension limit
Trilinnear optimization
Anistropic mip filter optimization
Anistropic sample optimization
Triple buffering

Or just put it on high performance....

Triple buffereing won't matter unless vsync is on. For benchmarking turn vsync off.

what about when playing games should conformant texture and extension limit be turned on for best performance?
