I used pop-up stopper for a long time but it started letting some pop-ups through. I have been using Free Surfer mk II for several months and it has been flawless.

i use pop up stopper pro... every once in a blue moon a pop up gets thru... but overall i am happy.

Amen, works great and gives you nifty stuff like tabbed browsing, middle-mouse-button click to open links in new windows, etc. Only thing it doesn't have is the ability to mark some pop-ups as okay. BTW, for those who don't know this is an overlay for IE.

This works by acting as a proxy. It is very good in my opinion. It is not a crappy program that you have to install. It is simple, and a simple concept.
