Best pop-up stopper?

Are there any that have an "exclusion" list type of features, whcih would allow certain sites to allow pop-ups (such as AT)?

Or any stoppers that let new windows open when you "Open Link in New Window"?

Pop-up stopper pro does this. Here's what it looks like in IE. I actually just got this program off Kazaa, it was only a few hundred KB...in the options menu there's an option for registration but I believe its optional because it's been functioning for me for over a month without registering.

The free ones are all crap. The best one is Pop Up Ad Filter- Has exclusion lists and will allow the "Open link" function.

I must say it is the best pop up ad filter I've used. Too bad its not free.

pop up stopper is killing the explorer windows i create using file >> new >> window, wtf?

I wish pop up killer wasn't abandoned by the creator, that one was the best.
