Ad Muncher. It gives a like 30 day trial period then its like $39 or something. I wish I could comment further on that but not here. Great prog though.

The Proxomitron (now sadly unsupported by its creator) or Privoxy (very similar to Proxo ands runs on all OS's inc. Mac, Unix etc).

As they say if you going to do something 'ya mate as well do it rate'.

I like MyIE2, but I have not used any other browser to compare it to. I like it because is as fast as IE starting up.
