538 has the smartest that is not too partisan or emotionally manipulative.

Glenn Thrush's politico podcast was quite good but he doesn't host it anymore.

Foreign Policy has good ones.

Fareed Zakaria has the best of the Sunday Shows.

Worst are: slate gabfest, NPR politics

Politics is more a sport than a discipline. Like most sports, learning to speak eloquently about it is totally meaningless in the grand scheme of things.
