best platform for Athlon 64 with AGP?

I'm not much of a gamer and just recently bought a geforce 6800 -I'll be happy with it for quite a while. But I'm upgrading my computer for video editing. What's the best chipset I can get that's AGP based?

Without a doubt, either nForce3 250Gb for S754 (the two best boards out there are the Soltek and the eVGA in this class) or a nForce3 Ultra for S939, and since I skipped over that particular MCP and went directly to nForce4 Ultra, I cannot offer any solid advice other than I have heard good stuff about the EPoX J series 939/AGP mobo, which is reasonably priced on NewEgg.

usually p4s do better at encoding, would check benchmarks to verify that the amd does a better job with your particular app.
