In Chicago for three days mostly on vacation, but doing some work too. Tomorrow is a work day and I need to work from a coffee shop of some sort. Was thinking the Cafe 360 since it's near my hotel, by magnificent mile. Any other suggestions from locals? Anyone want to get coffee?

Further south than you likely are, but there is an Intelligentsia on Randolph between Wabash and Michigan that will have better coffee than the dozens of starbucks you'll encounter. There's another one on Jackson/Dearborn on the first floor of the monadnock. There is no shortage of coffee shops and cafes in the city though. Not sure how much you want to travel. The loop isn't ideal for the nicer coffee Chicago has to offer.

Another cool spot is the Dollop on Van Buuren between Dearborn and Plymouth. Good pastries/food and a more spread out space.
