I'm going to the Dominican Republic at the end of the month for the Pan-American Games (competing for swimming), and I'm hoping to stay after they're done to get a vacation.
What kind of places can you recommend staying? I'm going to be in Santo Domingo until the 18th of August, so it should be relatively accessable from there.
Where has everyone been in the Dominican Republic? And is there anyone else going to be competing at the Games? If there are we should meet up.
