best place to play poker online?

I'd like to increase my poker skills, particularly 7card stud for the upcoming thanksgiving. It's sort of become a cute tradition to play with my uncles and cousins.

I've been playing @ www.partypoker.com with play money. But I'm asking if there are other alternatives with better game interface... well?

I'd agree with the Texas Hold'em at pokerroom but, truepoker.com is pretty good and has 7card stud last time I checked.
