Best place to pick up a small 2-cycle engine with clutch?

I'm looking for a small <=50cc 2-cycle motor typically found on chainsaws, weedwackers, etc. Does anyone have a good idea where I can find one in good condition without buying the whole thing, for cheap? I've tried CL, and got one promising result but it ended up not having a clutch. I'd also be interested to hear about good places to get clutches that I might be able to fit on this thing.
 
My buddy offered to give me his 2-cycle snowblower that doesn't work. I've no idea how to work on them, though.

Chances are, all you need to do is change the gas and spark plug, and fix the choke (if present). I got a 2-stroke snowblower for free that was "broken" and had been sitting for 15 years, and that's all I did. It fired up after a bit of coaxing, and I used it for 2 years.
