Im going to mount 2-120mm Sunon fans with 108cfm each. One for intake, one for exhaust. What would be the best place to mount these? I was thinking about putting the exhaust parallel to the CPU so it could suck the hot air out. I want a fan to blow over my video card so I bent a PCI slot cover and drilled a hole in the end of it, then attached a 92mm fan to it and screwed it into a PCI slot so it extends over the video card. Would it be better for cooling to have the 92mm blowing on the card and the 120mm mounted on the case off to the right closer to the front? Or would it be better to just have the 120mm on the case blow directly on the video card? Thanks

What kind of case do you have? My philosopy was to put a 120mm intake fan on the side panel so it was centered on the AGP card. Half the air is blown among the cards, the other half goes over the top of the video card and is blown under the skirt of my Alpha heatsink, which is the direction Alpha recommends (fan pulls air away from CPU). A logical place for the 120mm exhaust is the top panel, so the air isn't stagnant in the top of your case. Just my 2c worth. :D
