The number of gals on campus outnumber the guys 2 to 1.
We have Nursing and there's a lot of gals there.
You can join campus clubs and hence check out the females.
To find them aplenty. Go to the beach. Go to 24hr Fitness.

There's a great place across the street called "Geeks Meet Females Here!" Might want to give that a shot to meet females.

Not that I am looking, but I must say that Washington DC is a "target rich environment". Just walking to and from my apartment to the bus/metro in day-to-day city life brings me into contact with all sorts of people. And I bet I could ask for a number or two if I were so inclinded.
