Best place to get XP?

ZipZoomfly has an OEM version for $139 as does Newegg. Software Outlet is another place and I actually purchased it from there for $90 a while back. I just happed to catch this deal at the right time.
 
If you are in school, check with your University's bookstore or Microsoft's Academic Alliance, Microsoft software is very discounted and cheap for students in select universities.
