Best place to get upgrades Online?

I've really never bought computer upgrades online. Just an OEM CD-RW and a retail TV card from buy.com and everthing was fine.

I want to buy a P!!!-800 but I'm not sure where to get it. Several places list the chip for less than 300 bucks, but all of them got horid reviews from resellerratings.com.

I heard Onvia.com is good. Any other suggestions?
I really really don't want to get cheated, because REALLY bad things happen to companies that cheat me.

I just ordered a 700E from OnVia for $215 shipped...hopefully it's a cB0, if not, they have 30-day money back guarantee, so I'll just return it and try again. Most 700E's have been overclocking to 933 plus, I would recommend that processor. Don't order from Pricewatch, I beg you...most of the vendors there are sleazy and they play the "I'll charge you $15 to ground ship a stick of ram" game. I have ordered mucho merchandise from OnVia, and they are very reliable, very good return policy and quick shipping...excellent CS.

BTW, this should probably be in GH, but that's okay.
