Best place to get picture frames? for cheap

So i have a poster of NYC that is 13 1/2" by 40" and I cant seem to find any good places to get one. it can be slightly larger then that if need be. So far the only thing I have found is a picture with a frame at IKEA for $30 and i could replace the picture they have with mine

Doesnt need to be anything fancy, just want some sort of frame on it

Have you checked Walmart, target, art stores in the area, etc.?

yeah it seems the standard size for that size is smaller then my poster

i bought the material, and i didn't get backing, so the material has been sitting in my apt for about 2 years collecting dust

I used to work at a custom frame shop....framing is damn expensive...but it always turns out amazing afterwards

$30 isn't bad for that big of an odd size frame. Is it decent quality?

You could buy a cheapo 27" x 40" plastic poster frame and cut it down easy enough. Shipping is usually pretty steep for frames though. Just do a google search for:
