Best place to get photos printed online?

I want to get two digital photos professionally printed. One 4x6 and one 5x7.

What is the best place to do this online?
 
As bad as it sounds, I just do it at Wal-Mart. You can submit the photos you want printed on their web page then pick them up in an hour if you opt for the 1-hour service. I have only done 4x6 photos so far and they cost 21 cents each. They also send an instant message to my phone to tell me when they're ready to be picked up.
