Best place to get cheap non-ws monitor

So I already have a 32" tv I use as a monitor, but I want a non-ws secondary monitor for fullscreen videos/games that don't support widescreen/web browsing. Looking to spend around 150$ and thinking I want something that's 19". Most of the time I order through newegg, but their dead pixel policy scares me. Any recommendations for Monitors/places to buy one from?
