Best place to buy old office PC's

Friend of mine needs to purchase a few P4 or slightly older systems that can run Windows 98. I was looking at Pacific Geek and Geeks.com. Any other places I should check out?

Craigslist or not 100% sure on the address but publicsurplus.com. A lot of times schools or companies that are upgrading their or systems will sell them on there by the skid.

PCSurplusOnline.com - usually no OS installed
outlet.dell.com - might have some P4

FS/FT forum would get them piles of parts for little or nothing, but cases often aren't worth shipping.

Here in Tucson, we have a "Computer Renaissance" store that sells used and refurbed equipment. You may have one in your area. It's worth a check out.

I love Dell refubs from good ebay sellers.
With them you can get at least Windows 2000, if not XP Home or Pro.
