Best place to buy flowers online and have delivered to someone?

1. Teleflora. Highest quality but very expensive. Uses local florists. Freshest flowers and nicest arrangements.

2. Proflowers.com Surprisingly good quality, great customer service. Great prices too.

3. FTD Quality can be excellent to spotty. Some arrangements are shipped, some are local delivery. Service is sketchy. I've had late deliveries and subpar flowers more than once.
 
Proflowers.com is good. I've used them numerous times. They will even send you reminders when special occassions come up if you like.
