Best place to buy fans?

what size fan is on a typical P/S?

Is it a good idea to replace fans on vid card and VIA chip for ultraqiuet computer?

It depends on the kind of fan you're looking for. Can you be more specific? The primary fan on a PSU is usually 80mm. Some also have another fan inside that's 92mm.

i'd like to get a quieter fan for my p/s, and also a couple case fans. not sure what size they r though. 60 or 80mm I would guess? it doesn;t say on the ones that i have.

I recently replaced the PSU fan in an older PC Power and Cooling 235W Economy PSU with one of the Panaflos fatbaby is recommending and it works great-- very quiet and very cool.
