Best place to buy a laptop battery?

My mom's 3 year old battery won't last more than 20 minutes. Can you guys recommend a reliable and a reasonably price site to get a replacement?

Ebay has been good to me on them for dells.

If you are looking to by a newer Dell battery they have a built in self test. Fully charged you hold down the 'level' button for more than two seconds...the lights will flash and the more lights that come back on, the closer to end of life your battery is. Ideally you should see all lights lit and then after two seconds all the lights going out.
