Dick's seems to be having some decent end-of-season deals. Are there any places with better deals? I don't need anything special. Just looking for a 33 inch bat around $50.

I'm buying this to replace a wood bat that I busted. :p I like wood bats too but I don't hit up the cages often enough to be able to swing a wood bat with any speed, and I don't like looking like a fool having to use the 40 MPH cage.

Ok,makes sense.

There are some nice Maple bats around,but they cost more than your price.

I hate the High school metal bat sound,when the local news shows the kids;
Ugh.

You cannot fairly play with other people when you are using an aluminum bat and everyone else is using wood.

A bat is something I would never buy online.
It is an item that you must handle in order to be sure it is the proper choice for you.

True. You can always go to a local place, try out what you want and buy it for a better price online though.

I know, but I don't have much of an option. :( I went to Dick's today but they didn't have any aluminum bats left under $100. I don't know what other sports stores are left in town, and I don't really have time to go shopping anyway.

Zim thanks for that suggestion. It's really rather funny how FogDog, Sports Authority, and Dick's all have almost exactly the same prices.

Sorry Sukhoi, I should have added that the B&M sites have better deals than their website; my local Sports Authority usually has great end-of-season deals where the store is just dying to get rid of inventory ::eek:

Are FogDog, Sports Authority, and Dick's all owned by the same company? They have the same prices, and all three only have sales tax in KY, NC, and PA.
