Best Place For Vacation Deal/combo?

Ok I want to go Disneyland/California Adventure for 4 days. 1 day at San Diego Zoo, 1 Day At San Diego Zoo Wild Animal Park and 1 Day at Sea World. And Probably 8 nights in a hotel. Where would be the best place to set this up?
 
Just find a good deal in Anaheim, then one in SD. For SD, I would suggest looking in "Hotel Circle" area which is mission/fashion valley. As the name suggests, its a large group of cheap but decent hotels. From Hotel Circle, Sea World would only be a ~5min drive, the Zoo maybe a ~15. The Wild Animal Park is deep Escondido, so it would take a good 45mins to drive there from Mission Valley.
