Hi guys,

I'm in a predicament - I need to know certain info about my car and the manual in my language that came with it only covers basic care and maintenance. Obviously it wasn't worth the extra paper to add detailed technical data... Anyway, I need a place where I can read (not necesarily download) European manuals for various cars. For free of course :awe:.

What do you want to know?

Maybe someone figured it already out, and it's on the net for all to see.

Oh, and plus, I have the French language booklet for the SSS - but I expect that to be the same, volume wise, and have the same lack of documentation?

I can't tell if I don't know what to look for though 😀

OK, I need the exact dimensions (width, offset, bore size, etc...) of stock rims for 2012 Suzuki Swift Sport. I need that to find properly matching steel rims for the winter. Surprisingly no one on the net has this info (my guess is that such cars are packed up and not used in winter). I'm looking for almost a month now without success. When I asked the dealership about it the guy immediately offered me some ridiculously overpriced alloys and tires. When I declined he got butthurt and was just going around in circles about how I'm not going to find proper rims anywhere else.

Rim Diameter:
14x5.5
Interchange Part Number: 560-05181
Offset: 49
2004 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 SWIFT WHEEL 14 INCH STEEL

FORD ESCORT 14X5.5 offset 49

I got winter (steel) wheels at the dealer when buying the car. You will have to get 16" rims anyway, as there are no 17" 195 R45 winter tires.
Rims that are compatible with 16x195R50 shouldn't be too hard to find.

Not free, but very comprehensive:

It's basically like a more detailed version of the old Haynes or Chilton's manual online.

This thread has made me discover orange Autech rims at 100 euros a piece in 16x6.5.

Tempted to get some for winter, for my darkish silver gray SSS 🙁
Luckily I have enough financial sense not to, right?
