How much? A girlfriend of mine from college moved out here to go to USC, and she's desperately looking for a cheap, reliable car. Thanks. :)

i dontated my 1990 chrysler lebaron to the southern california jewish center and they gave me $6k deduction (it was non working) I highly reccomend you dont give anything to the salvation army cause there a bunch of picky fvcks that refused to take items because they were dirty. the SCJC will come and tow your car for free too where ever it is.

I wouldn't exactly call it "reliable". :p

If someone actually decided to fix it up though, it would basically would have the features of most standard cars out there. Power windows/locks/steering, cd stereo, moonroof, v6 (doesn't run like one), abs (non working), etc. Comes w/ worn out leather and will burn gas like nothing also (less than 20 mpg)! :p Lots of the problems are minor electrical wiring stuff and cosmetic, but I would still say it would require about $1000 in work. (I really have no idea as I know nothing about cars though.)

It still works and all. It will work short distance but I wouldn't count on it for the long haul. So as it is now in its current form, it would do best in a car donation.

Remember, unless you can itemize, a contribution won't do shizit other than make you feel warm and fuzzy.
