Best Pink Floyd song?

I like Echoes a lot too but I also like Time, Money and Shine On You Crazy Diamond, its hard to choose really.

shine on you crazy diamonds (parts 1-7)
just because it's long

time, money, wish you were here, comfortably numb, etc are all awesome though

Time has been my favorite song of all for many years.

Comfortably Numb is their most popular song.

Some of the others posted above are pretty tasty too.

Whatever I'm in the mood for.....I can really like one song one day and not want to hear it the next. Pink Floyd is strange like that to me.

I'm the only one who liked Breathe? I find it so awesome, the melody is so mournful the lyrics are kind of mocking, I just love it. It has a special quality.

"Pigs (Three Different Ones)" is my current favorite (love the "animals"), but "Wish you were here" is probably Pink Floyd's finest tune, it really is a a timeless classic IMO, not that they don't have several tunes that could qualify🙂

Wish You Were Here
Comfortably Numb
Time (Guitar solo is amazing)
Sheep

Although I think these are some of the best songs, I am a Pink Floyd fanatic and its kind of hard to choose!

I would say that BIKE is by some of their best work.

"I've got a bike
You can ride it if you like
It's got a basket
A bell that rings
And things to make it look good..."

This is just my opinion, but that song is one of their strangest songs. In fact, I'd have to say that Piper at the Gates of Dawn has to be their strangest album as well....
