I have a gig coming up in a few days that may require some extra covertness and was wondering what kind of pillow is best at silencing shots from a small caliber handgun? Should I go with cotton, natural feathers, extra density and so on... Cost not really a factor here.

nothing says covert like walking around with a pillow under your arm.

you'll want at least a 750 fill power goose down if you want some showy results but I find a high density memory foam to provide the best silencing

don't forget to double tap and then finish with a headshot

I see an orange jumpsuit in your immediate future.

If you can't make a proper silencer, or at least know somebody who can, you need to find a new line of work. Hell, I know people who can and I don't even like/want guns.

med or high density foam works the best. You coulod also use subsonic .22 ammo that doesnt make alot of noise to begin with and thus no need for a pillow, still perfectly deadly within 75 feet from a rifle and at least 30 feet from a pistol.

undecided. Still working on it. The ones wit feathers are expensive and messy.
