best photoshop plugins

what are the best photoshop plugins recommended for text manipulation, photo editing (sharpening, etc.), and whatever else is out there?

i'm mostly looking for photo editing plugins though, but i'd like to know of other ones i may want to try. 🙂

For text manipulation it's the only way to go (or any other vector based program). I got the whole Creative Suite for like 300 I think, maybe more I can't remember (student discounts are wonderful 😀).
