Best Photoshop CS2 guide?

I'm relatively proficient in Photoshop but there's lots I don't know including some basics. A photography studio just hired me for editing after seeing some tests I did for them so I'd like to become more proficient relatively quickly. Can anyone recommend a good book or guide that won't put me immediately to sleep?

There are so many Adobe CS2 books at Borders or Nobles and Barnes bookstores. I bought several books relate to Photoshop CS2. Go out and see which book is best for you. My favorite book is Master Visually on all Adobe applications.
