Best Peanut Butter... Ever!

That Goobers stuff with the jelly already mixed in is horrible, fyi.

Get a big thing of peanuts. The huge Costco one is $5.99. Toss it in a food processor and chop away. In a few miutes you'll have fresh homemade peanut butter. I use a Cuisinart. It's very easy.

Do you add anything besides salt? (And how much salt?)

I don't add anything. It takes about three minutes to chop it into smooth peanut butter. It's insanely simple.

That sounds disgusting to me as well.

The best peanut butter is fresh peanut butter. Processed, sodium-laden crap that you normally get at the grocery store is disgusting.
