best pci video card

This hot chick I know (she made me change it ) has a dell with a integrated 64 meg video card. She plays the ms flight sims alot and needs a little more umph. Since 2004 of the sim is directx 9 I figured the 128 meg radeon 9200 cards would be the best option. Its going to outperform things like the fx5200 in dx9 right? What would you recommend for this application other than a new board with an agp slot?

I saw a set up where this guy hooked up like 7 cpu's just to play flight sims and get a true multi view cockpit. I cant remember the details, but Really cool if your in to something that boring, Id rather really get in a cesna and fly. cant reproduce feeling gravity and wind.
